How does it work?
Individual Coaching
After initial intake meetings to establish a framework and goals, we meet in interactive, engaging weekly meetings by telephone or in person according to your schedule and/or preference. This partnership can last anywhere from 6 months to 1 year or more, depending on your needs and goals. The time frame will be determined in advance with input from you, and your supervisors and HR as desired and needed. We tailor each coaching program to meet your needs and the needs of your organization.
Team Coaching
After initial intake meetings with each individual and the entire team to establish a framework and goals, we meet according to your preferences and needs for interactive, engaging activities and discussion for 3 to 6 months, or as desired. Team coaching is tailored to meet the needs of the team, and all details are determined in advance with input from you, your supervisors and HR as desired and needed. Ideally team coaching takes place in conjunction with individual coaching to allow each team member to identify, practice and strengthen new skills.
Workshops
- The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: Based on Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and using core materials designed by Lencioni's company The Table Group, this workshop is targeted to teams committed to performing at their best. Using unique, field-tested assessments, exercises, guided discussions and a specially designed process, you and your team will embark on a path which will uncover the five common problems that keep you from making better decisions and accomplishing more in less time. You will learn how to stop wasting time talking about the wrong issues and endlessly revisiting the same topics without getting buy-in.
